Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS (if applicable)

Order Fulfillment and Delivery Timeline:
We use USPS Ground Advantage as our default shipping option, which typically takes 5–6 business days for delivery. However, because orders ship from Hawaii, mainland U.S. deliveries may currently take 10 or more business days depending on weather, location, and carrier conditions. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed once the package leaves our facility and is in the carrier’s possession.
