We grow 100% Kona Coffee across five high-elevation estates on the Big Island of Hawai‘i, where volcanic soil, mountain air, and generous rainfall create the perfect conditions for slow, even maturation.

Whether grown in full sun or shaded beneath Macadamia Nut and ‘Ōhi‘a trees, the unique terroir (Aina) of each estate shapes the flavor of our beans—yielding rich body, vibrant complexity, and exceptional quality.

Nature’s Rarest Harvest

From our estates emerges one of nature’s rarest gifts: the Peaberry bean. Representing just 5–7% of the harvest, this single, rounded bean packs up to 50% more caffeine and a remarkably rich flavor. Often called the “Champagne of Coffee,” our Peaberry roast is as rare as it is rewarding.
